Founders and product managers who are able to question and validate their assumptions usually end up creating successful startups and products, especially in new spaces.

Very interesting read from Harvard Business Review. The scientific method could be an antidote to the “lock-in” bias – people fall in love with their ideas and cant see the problems or refuse to adapt. Having a scientific approach could counter that.
This is a must read for those who are startup founders or working on new ideas and products.
